What we have been up too........

I am not very good at keeping this up. I really don't have an excuse. Mike just always asked why I have done it and then I feel bad. So here is the last month or so.

In JULY we went to camping with my family in Malibu. We had a lot of fun. We played games, played catch and has a art contest and for some reason the kids won. The problem was that Papa Greg was the judge. :) We also took a hike one of the days with my brother and sister-in-law.

Also in July my best friend Megan Jones (now Chester) was married. I was her Maid of Honor. We had do much fun.

In AUGUST we went to a family reunion in Napa, CA. for my mom's side of the family. It year was a special one because my Great Aunt Flo turned 100 years old. We also always visit the Jelly Belly Factory. I am in Heaven when i enter that place. My little niece was so cute. You would put her up on the wall with the pictures of the candy and ice cream and she would try to eat it.

Last but not least, Yesterday we took the Metrolink to Union Station and visited Universal City walk and then to Olvera Street with Mike's family. It was fun taking all kinds of differet transportation. We were on the Metrolink, the subway and a trolly all in the same day.

Our camera was not working for a long time so we decided it was time for a new one and to update our blog.

This is what we have been up too:

We got a new dog. Her name is Sonia. My mom found her a work and decided we needed another one. I could not bare not to take her. Our other dog Feliz loves having a friend. Sonia is the black one and Feliz is the brown one.

We had a very relaxing Memorial Day with Mike's family. We swam, had great food and played with the nieces and nephews.

My cousin came to visit from Sacramento. She is going on a mission to Virgina in June. It was so good to see her. WE WILL MISS HER!

Last, but not least we went to Disneyland with Mike's dad and brother. We had a lot of fun and got on all the cool rides.

Our Disneyland Vacation!

We sent the weekend at Disneyland for our Anniversary. Michael, for the last two years has given me a christmas present that is a get away for our Anniversary. This year was a 3 day stay at a Disneyland hotel. We stayed at the Paradise Pier Hotel. They even upgraded our room so we could look over California Adventure Park. It was so pretty. On Saturday we also went to a Pirates Show in Buena Park. It was Dinner and anshow. The food was ok, but the show was really good. We had a really nice time. Here are some pictures of our trip.

Yesterday we celebrated our Anniversary. These last two years have been so wonderful. Michael is the best husband ever and take good care of me. I LOVE YOU MICHAEL.

Michael's family took us to Red Lobster, Yes lobster is my favorite food. Then we went to get ice cream at Baskin Robbins. Thank You Crismon family for the fun night. I am going to post pictures in a little while because this past weekend we went to Disneyland for the weekend to celebrate.

This year Michael and some of his family sang in the production at Disneyland called Candle Light. He has sang a couple of years before but I was never able to go. This year I went and almost cried through the whole thing. It was so good. They sing Christmas songs and then they have a celebrity be the narrator. This year the narrator was John Stamos (yes Uncle Jesse from Full House.) If you ever get the chance it is totally worth seeing. Here are some pictures. they are kinda far away but oh well.

THE LA AUTO SHOW

Mike looks forward to this event ever year. At first I really did not like it and it was way too long. But this year Mike told me that I needed to sit in a lot of cars to see which one I liked the best and maybe I can get a new car...... that will not happen right now but maybe down the road. And we always take a back pack so we can bring all the flyers home for each car that we never read... I guess that is the fun of it right.

This year for Halloween Mike and I dressed up like Bacon and Eggs. I saw these costumes on line for about $50.00 and I thought that was way too much, so I called my mom and she said we can make them. So we went to the fabric store and make the costumes for $8 each. I even sewed them myself.

Also we wanted to carve a pumpkin and then I found these Mr. Potato Head set at Target...

This past weekend Michael, my grandma, and I flew to utah on friday night. We went up there for my Aunt Robin's 50th birthday party and my cousin Dustin farewell. We had a very fun time. I will review the trip for you with pictures/ captions, and a video. I hope you enjoy.

Saturday:

At the party, it was a suprise and it was so fun.

Mike was able to meet up with one of his companions from his mission.

After the farwell, My cousin Mallory took us up to the Payson Canyon to see the view.

This is my cute cousin Rebecca and the dog Tessa. She wanted me to read to her and the dog all the time. So we read this ABC book. It was so funny.

Here is a video of Michael and Mallory trying to catch two flies. It took them 20 minutes and then gave up. The thing Michael is holding is a new and improved bug zapper. If I ever find one I will buy it.

We were at this little mexican restaurant in LA on saturday and she was there with her mom. In the Second picture, her mom is the lady in blue behind my grandma. She is so skinny and cute. We talked to them for a while and then she took my mom's number to see if she can get us tickets to the show. That is our exciting news for the week.

So yesterday we have dinner at Mike's parents house last night and he wanted to take his motorcycle. So I put on my pink helmet and hopped on the back and rode with him. He was very safe with me on it. The only problem is that my butt hurt so bad when we got home, and my chin is raw from the helmet. His family was really impressed that I rode with him. Here is a picture of my helmet.

Labor Day Weekend!

So we had a very eventful weekend. It started Friday night driving down to San Diego to go camping at the beach with Matt, Diana, Derek, George, and a few of there friends. We played at the beach Saturday morning and then hung out at there house for a little while. Then on Monday we went to Mike's parents house for a bbq and swim party. We did not stay long becasue my brother won tickets to the first UCLA football game. (Yeah UCLA Won! Yes my brother is the biggest UCLA fan there is and loves to sit in the middle of the BYU crowd and root for UCLA...Good Times) So the boys went to that while the girls had a girls night out filled with going to Mimi's for dinner, shopping, and crafts. TACO BELL IS OPEN!

So the weekend we moved into our house they tore down the Taco Bell by our house to rebuild it and make it better. Well so for the last 4 months I drive by it everyday to see when it will be open. So last night Michael recieved a phone call from me saying Taco Bell is open. He came straight home so we could go. I was so excited the whole time. I was like a little kid in a candy store. And it is funny because we have another Taco Bell right by us. But I was just excited about this one for some reason.

This weekend we went to Las Vegas to visit Michael's cousins. We went to nice resturants, walked on the strip, saw all the cool hotels, slept in, had some great food made by Joella, shopped, shopped, and shopped for clothes, candy, and of course a new purse. It was a nice break. Thank you Eric and Joella we had so much fun. We will have to do it again soon. You guys are the best!

I am a day late, but Michael turned 26 on Sunday. On Saturday we went out shopping for his birthday present. We came home with a Kawasaki motorcycle. He has wanted one for a very long time and he finally got it. He had to wait til today to ride it so I could get it insured. We then had family over for a little celebration. We all had a good time. I am so grateful for him and all that he does for me . I love him so much and love to see him happy. Here are pictures of him riding it today.

So on Saturday we went to Disneyland to celebrate Emma's 2nd Birthday and ended up with Annual Passes. We are really excited so we can go whenever we want to. And I can have pineapple ice cream more then once a year. We might have to get a second job to pay for the gas to get there but we will make it :) So anyone that has them, call us up and we can hang out.

This past weekend we went to go visit with my grandma and help her clean her house. When we were there we took her to the Santa Monica Pier. We went on the Carousel and the Farris wheel. We had so much fun.

Youth Conference Reunion!

Last night our stake had a reunion for youth conference. It was so fun to see all our little kids again. They are so great. Only one was not there but we were able to get a picture of us. They were still making us laugh even though we were only with them a couple of hours. What strong testimonies they have and what love they have for eachother. We already miss them so much.

Me, Michael, My dad, and Grandpa Bishop went to a Dodger game on Saturday. My family has been big Dodger fans my whole life. I got free tickets from work and they were really good seats. I really only go for the treats. Nachos and Ice Cream are my favorite. The dodgers really did not play well but it was still fun. Women's Conference 2008

This past week the Crismon girls went to Womens Conference @ BYU. We had a lot of fun. I went to a lot of classes that were so great. I went to one about homemaking and cooking more for your family....Michael is loving it. It is such an uplifting experiance. We also went to Salt Lake one day. The temple is so pretty and the flowers around it. I was also able to see my cousin and her family. I miss them so much. We had a good time.

Our favorite resturant is RED ROBIN. We love it. We go there almost every friday night. So we took the Parkers there about 2 weeks ago. The food was great. We had such a great time. And Baby Lizzie is so cute.

Youth Conference Trek!

Last week we were called to be Youth Conference Parents. We had 11 Kids in our family. 7 Boys and 4 Girls. They were all great. For the Youth Conference we did a Pioneer Trek. It was tough. We were there Wednesday through Saturday. We walked 15 Miles total pulling and pushing a hand chart with our our stuff in it. It was up and down hills the whole time. We cooked in dutch ovens and slet out side (I am not a big fan of sleeping in the wild, they told us there were Black Bears and Snakes so be careful). We also did not shower or anything for three days. So as you can tell I did not look to good when we came home. But it was a great spiritual experiance and the kids had such a good time. I will post pictures later. Our camera broke on the trek so I will get some from friends.
